Dzintars Kristovskis, the creative Chef of Riga`s seafood restaurant BARENTS, takes over Alexander kitchen for one night. 

Chef Fahri Çetinyürek welcomes Chef Dzintars Kristovskis at Alexander Restaurant kitchen. Together the two chefs will present a truly fabulous 4-course dinner bearing the signature of BARENTS restaurant kitchen.


An avid forager and vegetarian, Dzintars is a true expert of Nordic bounties and can turn the most modest veg into a magnificent dish. 8 July evening dinner will be inspired by fish and seafood.  Before joining the Barents team, Dzintars headed the kitchen of Annas Hotel restaurant, which landed in the prestigious White Guide under his auspices.

BARENTS restaurant is one of the best seafood serving restaurants in the Baltics. The seafood they serve in their restaurant arrives to their diners plates straight from the ocean, ensuring the highest degree of freshness. Although the restaurant specializes in fish and seafood dishes, seasonal vegetables, and fruit from local farmers, also a selection of natural plants from Latvian forests and meadows have a special place on the restaurant´s menu.
