Kitchen workshop – Michelin star chef Matthias Diether introduces you to the world of sauces

Creating sauces from scratch with patience, knowledge and the proper technique is a craft that Matthias Diether manages as few other chefs.

He will share his experience with you in this 2-day kitchen workshop that starts with a class about preparation on Saturday 14:00 – 16:00 and continues with a class bringing sauces to perfection on Sunday afternoon also from 14:00 – 16:00.

The workshop concludes with a wine degustation.
